FBR spokesman Israr Rauf told Geo News that the tax collector would take strict legal action against the salaried employees having annual income of Rs 5,00,000 but failed to file their income tax returns for the Tax Year 2009.

The FBR has advised the salaried employees to timely file their returns to avoid legal action under Income Tax Ordinance 2001.

Those who failed to comply with the instructions would have to pay Rs 500 per day as penalty.

The only question now is: how long till Taitz claims the election was stolen and initiates years of litigation?

The top of her website currently features an amateurish YouTube video headlined “Interview with senior citizens, who supposedly nominated Damon Dunn, but swear they never did it.”

Even if she accepts the election results as legitimate, Taitz has plenty to keep her busy in the courts. She’s still facing complaints filed with the California bar, and she’s also locked in a battle with a U.S. f28bd8ff1aorly1c orly taitzattorney in Georgia over an unpaid fine that was imposed on Taitz for making frivolous Birther legal filings.Wonderful. Republicans chose the low road to do battle against Barack Obama and this is the price they pay. They have obstructed government through a campaign of lies, smears and dirty tactics. Republican operatives created the tea party movement which in turn attracted every right-wing nutcase in the country. They have given free license to bigots, homophobes, racists, birthers, religious fanatics and extremists of all sorts to spread their hate and nonsense. They have given a home to demented morons like Orly Taitz.

Here’s hoping Taitz wins the primary and Dems can run her face in a zillion ads with the slogan, ‘GOP – the party of Orly Taitz’.Maldonado — both of whom might have a chance to win in November — had to run with Orly Taitz as secretary of state, who would make her cockamamie issues about Obama’s birth certificate problems at the forefront of her activities?”

“There is no Republican candidate for statewide office that would be willing to have her campaign with them,” says Adam Probolsky, a spokesman for the Orange County Republican Party.

With 79% of the precincts reporting so far, Waterville mayor Paul LePage was declared the winner with 38% of the votes.

He had a little more than 36,000 votes.

LePage watched the returns Tuesday night in his hometown of Waterville.

The conservative is in his sixth year as the elm city’s mayor.

LePage knows that the results of his convincing win are probably surprising to many around the state.

“We started this race and everybody said, he doesn’t have a chance,” said LePage. “It took a couple of months for them to even call me a dark horse.”

LePage says he can bring fiscal responsibility to the table, something he says that’s been missing in Augusta for years.

If elected, he says his top three priorities will be focused on education, welfare and taxes.

LePage has been general manager for Marden’s stores across Maine since 1996.
His father was an abusive disciplinarian, so he ran away at home at age 11 and lived homeless on the streets for a few years, before eventually graduating from high school, working to put himself through college, eventually earning a master’s degree in business administration. He serves as general manager of Marden’s Salvage and Surplus and the mayor of Waterville.
