This Is It Final Box Office Tally Rises
LOS ANGELES: Michael Jackson concert film This Is It saw the opening of ticket sales weekend in the U.S. and Canada by up 9 percent of the initial estimates for a total of $ 23.2 million, according to final studio figures.
The movie had another 69.5 million U.S. dollars worldwide since its release on Wednesday, up from an initial estimate of 68.5 million U.S. dollars box office, the film studio Columbia Pictures.
In total, the film has made 103.9 million U.S. dollars at the box office worldwide, said Columbia Pictures, the division of Sony that paid $ 60 million for the video used in the movie.

Rawalpindi Attack Death Toll Rises to 34
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: Rawalpindi Attack Death Toll Rises to 34, At least 34 people have been killed and 32 others wounded in the alleged suicide explosion in Rawalpindi Cantonment area, said spokesman Rescue 1122.

President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani have strongly condemned the blast.
According to reports, the blast occurred at 10:40 am outside door of bank near Shalimar Hotel killing and wounded several persons present in the area and damaged mangy buildings and vehicles.
The sources said there was long queue of persons outside the bank who were gathered to collect the salaries and pension when an alleged suicide bomber blew up himself.
RPO Aslam Tarin said suicide bomber was riding on a motorbike. Some body parts of bomber and a suicide jacket have been recovered from the blast site. A head is also found from the scene. Police have cordoned off the area as rescue operation is underway. Thirteen bodies were shifted to DHQ and 16 in different hospitals whereas three bodies transferred to military hospital, rescue 1122 sources said. Emergency has been imposed in the hospitals.

Peshawar Blast Toll Rises to 70
DCO Peshawar Sahibzada Anis has confirmed 70 deaths in the terrorist attack, adding that about 150 people were injured in the incident.
Shafqat Hussain AIG Police said about 150 kilograms of explosives were used in the attack.
The blast damaged more than 300 shops in four buildings, while that 70 to 80 stores and a building of the mosque were razed to the ground, witnesses said. Several people are said to still be trapped under the rubble of buildings and rescue teams are tryng to recover the wounded and the bodies from the rubble.
The authorities have declared emergency in hospitals. Some people were taken to 80injured Lady Reading and other hospitals in the city. Lady Reading Hospital officials have appealed the people to donate blood for those wounded in the attack.
Police sources said a car bomb was detonated by remote control.
Firefighters have controlled the blaze, which erupted when the bomb exploded in the area Peepal Mandi.
