World Cup 2011, New Zealand Cricket Board has warned India that Cricket World Cup 2011 venue could be shifted to Australia-New Zealand. The warning has been issued due to the alarming security situation prevailing in the entire sub continent.
New Zealand Cricket Board Chief Executive Justin Wan said security situation in the entire subcontinent is of great concern to the ICC, thus Australia-New Zealand may be given the rights to host the World Cup 2011. He also said that New Zealand tour to India would clarify the situation of security in India.

Pakistan A outplays Lions by 83 runs
England Lions crashed to 96 all out against Pakistan in the first one-dayer against Pakistan A in Dubai Sports City.

Lions were beaten by 83 runs as with the opener Craig Kieswetter called up into England side for Bangladesh tour, team were flattened to reach to their target of 180 runs. England’s Test batsman Ian Bell resisted hard in the middle, composed an unbeaten 46 off 89 balls as two other batsman, Gale (17) and Steven Davies (21), made double figures as Raza Hasan snapped (three for 16) and left arm spin bowler Abdur Rehman inspired Pakistan with his (4 for 25).
Earlier Lions capain Andrew Gale asked Pakistan to bat first to restrict them at 179 in 47.5 overs with Mohammad Hafeez smacked 51 off off 80 balls with the help of five-four.
Pakistan however kept on loosing wicket in regular interval of time but with couple of cameo from Aamir Sajjad (39 off 60 balls) and Rehman (20 off 34 balls) help the team to pile up a respective total. Yorkshire spinner David Wainwright impressed with figures of 3 for 26 from his 10 overs, while Sajid Mahmood and Chris Woakes took two wickets apiece.
