Elliott to lead New Zealand Invitation XI against Pakistanis

Pakistan will kickstart its New Zealand tour with a 3-day match against an Invitation XI led by all-rounder Grant Elliott. Most of the 12 players in the New Zealand Invitation XI have some sort of international experience already and should be a formidable opposition for the touring Pakistanis. The warm-up match starts on the 18th at the Queenstown Events Centre. This is Pakistan’s only tour game before they head into the three Tests at Dunedin, Wellington and Napier.
