Husband has burnt his wife alive in Attock, trendpk.com reported on Friday. Alias mother and sister blamed that her husband wanted to get married with another lady.
Details: Naeem burnt his wife Alia alive in Jasiyan village near Attock. Alias sister Naseem while talking to trendpk.com said that her brother-in-law used to torture her sister and he burnt her sister because he wanted to marry his brothers wife. She told that her sisters 45 percent body was burnt and she was referred to Rawalpindi as there were fewer facilities in the local hospital.

SARGODHA: On suspicion of adultery, a brother has killed his two sisters with consecutive hits of an iron rod in Satellite Town, Sargodha, SAMAA reported on Sunday.
According to police, in Block-Z of Satellite Town, two sisters Samira and Tahira have been killed by their brother, Arsalan.
The father of the deceased girls has accepted that his son is involved in the brutal murder of both the sisters.
The local people said that one of the girls was married, and the accused killer brother suspected that both sisters were involved in illicit relations with two boys.
The police have moved the dead bodies of both the slain sisters to the district headquarters hospital, a case has been registered against the culprit. SAMAA

If you have been following Dancing With The Stars then you are probably feeling like Kate Gosselin should have been eliminated the first week especially since all she has been receiving was bad scores from the judges. Though, for some reason, she managed to keep making it past every round so far, including yesterday’s elimination.
If Kate Gosselin is still here, then who got voted off?! Unfortunately, someone had to go. And since Gosselin has been somewhat keeping the TV show’s ratings up, well, the logical thing was to keep her on the show, right? But seriously, I swear if she ends up winning this show, Dancing With The Stars will prove how rigged it is.
Anyways, soap star Aiden Turner from ABC’s All My Children and his partner, Edyta Sliwinska were the unlucky ones that got eliminated in an emotional parting. It obviously meant a lot to Turner.
“Each week, I came out here and gave it my all and got less [nervous], you know, dancing in front of a live audience,” he said. ” And last night I had the best time dancing with Edyta. 
I wasn’t so nervous. I just had a great time – like there was no one here. It was just us.”
Back to Gosselin, she mentioned that she wants to stay on the show as long as she can. Apparently, her wish is coming true.

BEIJING – The Kyoto Protocol should not be replaced by any new agreement being proposed by developed countries as it is intended to evade their responsibilities in reducing emissions so far, the foreign ministry has said.
“Strict compliance with the Kyoto Protocol is of vital significance for successful international cooperation in the area of climate change. But some developed countries have failed to achieve the target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions set by the Kyoto Protocol even while increasing their emissions by a large margin,” spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a regular briefing in the capital.
The Protocol sets binding targets for 37 industrialized countries and the European nations for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, amounting to an average of five percent against 1990 levels over the five-year period from 2008 to 2012.
“It is quite obvious that some developed countries are trying to evade their emission reduction responsibilities by putting forward a new agreement to replace the Kyoto Protocol,” Jiang added.
“To ensure the success of international cooperation, efforts should be made to confirm the substantial greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for the developed countries during the Kyoto Protocol’s second commitment period. For those developed countries who have not ratified the Kyoto Protocol, we should also make sure that they fulfill emission reduction commitments comparable to other developed countries,” she added.
“China upholds a legally binding agreement reached by negotiations, but all of those efforts should be made on basis of the Kyoto Protocol and the Bali Road Map,” Jiang said at the briefing.
“The principle of “common but differentiated responsibilities”, adopted by the Kyoto Protocol, is the foundation for a successful negotiation,” Jiang said.
If the developed and the developing countries are treated equally on the emission reduction targets, the negotiations would not be carried forward and developing countries, including China, will not accept it, she stressed.

Mother Mary Mackillop
VATICAN CITY: Mother Mary Mackillop, Pope Benedict XVI approved sainthood for Mother Mary MacKillop on Friday, making the woman known for her work among the needy Australia’s first saint.
The pope made the announcement during a ceremony at the Vatican and set the formal canonization for Oct. 17 in Rome.
MacKillop founded the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph, an order that built dozens of schools for impoverished children across the Australian Outback in the 1800s, as well as orphanages and clinics for the needy.
With vows of abstinence from owning personal belongings and dedication to helping the poor, MacKillop is credited with spreading Roman Catholicism in Australia and New Zealand.
But she was a strong-willed advocate who sometimes got into trouble for challenging orthodox thinking within the male-dominated church. In 1869 she was excommunicated for inciting her followers to disobedience, though the bishop who punished her recanted three years later and she was exonerated by a church commission.
“This is a great, great tribute to the Catholic church and a great, great tribute to her hard work in education,” Australia’s Prime Minister Kevin Rudd said Friday. “This is a great honor for Australia. I offer a heartfelt expression of appreciation to the wider Catholic community.”

Keeping up with the Kardashians is an American reality television series broadcast on E!. He debuted on 14 October 2007, the series documents the lives of the Kardashian / Jenner family, the first of which is the ex-wife and children of late attorney Robert Kardashian. Ryan Seacrest is the executive producer of this show. Last season, the third season, released on 8 March 2009 and ended May 9.
In 2009, the sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian decided to move and shoot her own reality TV show in Miami, Florida. The show aired on 16 August 2009.
The fourth season of the series will premiere on 13 December 2009.
