Lahore: Disable renter shot dead by house owner

Salman, a feetless youth of 24, is killed by his house owner Mursaleen on minor quarrel. Salman has been living in Mursaleen’s house for last two months.

Mursleen was used to sit outside the house along with his friend and Salman always forbade him to not sit here as his family feels uncomfortable.

Last night, Murslaeen was sitting with his friends, Salman forbid him again and Mursaleen shot Salman in rage. Salman killed at the spot and Mursleen managed to escape from the scene.

Gunmen kill three in Quetta

The deceased were identified as Adam Khan, Manzoor Ahmed and Abdul Qadir.

NOSHKI/QUETTA: Four policemen gunned down and two others wounded when unknown miscreants targeted a police van in Noshki Sunday.

Sources told that the van was going from Noshki to Quetta when it was attacked at Dagab. Four policemen martyred on the spot while two others injured. The injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta while bodies have been taken to Noshki District Hospital. Trend Pk

Missile attacks kill four terrorists in N. Waziristan

MIRANSHAH: At least four terrorists have been killed in spying missile attacks in Miranshah area of North Waziristan, Trend Pk learnt Wednesday.

Sources said that two missile were fired on a vehicle in Qutab Khel some five kilometers from Miranshah. Four terrorists were killed on the spot.

Accident kills woman in Karachi

KARACHI: Three overspeeding buses ran into each other in Karachi, leaving one female passenger dead and injuring four others.

The accident took place near Mehran Hotel on Shara-e-Faisal late Friday night.

A nearby jeep was also damaged in the collision.

Farzana, 30, died on the spot while four other passengers identified as Mushtaq, Shamini, Akram and an unidentified man, suffered serious injuries. They were immediately shifted to Jinnah Hospital.

Meanwhile, police also reached the scene and arrested all three drivers. Trend Pk

Missile attacks kill seven in Waziristan

MIRANSHAH: At least seven terrorists have been killed in missile attacks in Miranshah and Mir Ali, SAMAA reported Wednesday.

Sources told a vehicle was attacked in Data Khel where three terrorists were killed on the spot while two missiles were fired on a suspected house situated in Mir Ali. Four terrorists were killed and one other wounded, sources added. SAMAA

Three shot dead in Kohlo, Balochistan

QUETTA/KOHLO: Three people were shot dead and three others hurt in firing by unknown gunmen in Kohlo on Monday.

Gunmen shot dead workers of a private company in Mandha area of Kohlo. Abdul Qadar, Allah Nazar and Karim Khan died on the spot while Akhtar Khan, Ali Shah and an unknown were wounded.

A company truck was also set on fire by the miscreants.

On the other hand, an employee of Assistant Commissioner Mastung was shot dead. The reason of killing is not known. SAMAA

Police constable killed in Bannu attack

BANNU: Unknown people shot dead a police constable and injured another in Bannu district late Tuesday night, police said.

According to reports, unidentified assailants opened indiscriminate fire at the policemen outside Town Police Station, killing Constable Abdul Rehman on the spot.

Karachi: 8 die in fresh incidents

Two people were shot dead in two different target-killing incidents in Soldier bazaar area and Ayesha manzil. On the other hand, a police mobile ran over an eight-year-old boy, killing him on the spot. Fresh incidents in the cosmopolitan have claimed at least eight lives, Dunya news reported on Friday.
According to Joharabad Police sources, 39-year-old Ehsan was sitting in a hotel with his friend when some unidentified motorcyclists shot him dead on the spot. Police sources told the media that Ehsan was a resident of Federal. b area and used to install audio tapes in cars. In another firing incident in Soldier bazaar area, Asghar Shafi was murdered. Asghars family members said that he was going back to his place when near Iqbal Market some unknown people tried to snatch his valuables and upon resistance they opened fire on him. Asghar was immediately moved to Jinnah Hospital where he could not succumb to his injuries.
An over-speeded Kala Kot police station van ran over an eight-year-old boy in Norrani Bastee in Lyari. The boy was shifted to the Civil Hospital where he died of the severe wounds caused by the accident. Police have arrested Muhammad Rafiq, the driver of the police van.
