Is There Mail On Veterans Day,Are Banks Open On Veterans Day: Are Post Offices open today?
Is There Mail On Veterans Day,Are Banks Open On Veterans Day:Are Post Offices open today? Is there Mail on Veterans Day? Veterans Day is a federal holiday. There are only three remaining federal holidays including today. Can you name them?
For 2009, the last three federal holidays are Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day (November 2), and Christmas Day (December 25). On any federal holiday, post offices are closed, no mail is serviced.
So while there is no mail on Veterans Day, malls, mass transit, and grocery stores are all open. And banks? Some banks are open, some are closed, it just depends. So the good news – you can’t get anymore bills in the mail today. The bad news is – banks are open, you can still pay your bills.

Why Wont My Parakeet Eat My Diarrhea :Amazingly, the number one search trend on Google at this hour is “why wont my parakeet eat my diarrhea.” It didn’t take long for me to realize that this sudden trend was inspired by the latest entry on one of my favorite websites ever, FailBlog. Ironically, the post is about a Google fail – if you go to google.com (or even use the Google search bar on your browser) and begin typing “why wo…” or “why won…” the first suggestion it gives you in the dropdown menu is “why wont my parakeet eat my diarrhea.” This is the sort of thing the raises many questions, but ultimately leaves the origin of the question to the user’s imagination. Who was searching on this question SO MUCH that it became the number one “why won’t…?” question suggestion on Google?
