6 terrorists held from Karachi

KARACHI: Law enforcement agencies have arrested six suspected terrorists including Mulla Mujahid, the aide of Asif Ramzi of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, from Sultanabad Thursday late evening.

Sources told that these terrorists have been held during the search operation, adding that the law enforcement agencies traced them through mobile phone calls.

Meanwhile, a search operation was also conducted in Rabia City after the incident of firing in the area. Trend Pk

Lahore police managed to arrest 8 suspects from Lahore after carrying out extensive search operations due to the terror threats.
According to police sources, these suspects were arrested from Shah di Khui area of Muslim Town. During the search operation, all the houses were thoroughly checked in the area of Muslim Town and ID cards of people were also checked. Police then arrested those who did not have any kind of ID document or were not able to identify themselves. On the other side, locals of Muslim town later staged a protest against the search operation.

Five drown off Karachi coast

KARACHI: At least five people drowned while swimming off Karachi coast of Hawksbay, Geo News reported Tuesday.

According to the Rescue sources, two unconscious people were rescued; while, the search for the three other missing people is in progress.

Google Monopoly, Increasingly these days you hear the words ā€œGoogleā€ and ā€œmonopolyā€ in the same sentence. There is no shortage of fears that the search giant is getting too powerful in the search and online advertising space. But today, the two words are being joined for an entirely different reason: The board game Monopoly is about to launch an online version with Google Maps.

All the details aren’t clear yet, as the game won’t launch until September 9. But it would appear that Hasbro, makers of the Monopoly game, is attempting to turn the franchise into a massively multi-player online game. Called ā€œMonopoly City Streets,ā€ here’s a brief description that is offered on the teaser site.
