Armed Clash Over Plot Disput Two Killed In Nawabshah
NAWABSHAH: Two persons were killed and eight others sustained inures in an armed clash over a plot dispute between people of Channa community and supporters of a provincial adviser in Nanngar area of Nawabshah on Sunday.
DPO Rukhsar Ahmed told Geo News that a primary school teacher Abdul Ghaffar Channa and another man Rahoo were killed in an armed clash over a plot dispute between Channa community and supporters of the provincial adviser Ismael Dahiri in Nanngar village, whereas eight others including two bothers of the provincial adviser sustained injuries.
Injured have been moved to a local hospital.
Enraged people torched the vehicle of the provincial minister on the spot, DPO said.
Heavy contingent of police has surrounded the area; however neither any case could so far be filed, nor someone taken into custody.

Sixteen Militants and Two Commanders Sixteen Militants and Two Commanders Nabbed
MINGORA: Security forces arrested 16 terrorists including two commanders during last 24 hours as search and clearance operation underway in Swat and Malakand region, military spokesman said.
Local militant commander Muaz and Jannat Gul were arrested from Fazaghat and Bajaurakalay along with 14 other militants, a military spokesman said on Sunday.
Meanwhile, four militants surrender before the troops, spokesman said.

Indefinite Curfew In Khyber Agency, Killed Militants
BARA: Five militants were killed and houses of five militants demolished in ongoing operation of security forces in tehsil Bara of Khyber Agency. Indefinite curfew has been imposed in the area.
According to FC sources, the operation re launched in the area after a gap of one month. Five militants including two commanders were killed and nine wounded during the operation whereas five houses of militants were also demolished. Security forces have arrested father of a commander named Tayyab of outlawed outfit Lashkar-e-Islam.
Indefinite curfew has been imposed in tehsil Bara as 25 persons arrested for violating the curfew.
Meanwhile, the spokesman of Lashkar-e- Islam Zar Khan demanded immediate halt of the operation.
