al Aqsa mosque 250x187 Israel imposes age restrictions for Friday prayers entryIsraeli security was tightened in and around the city of Jerusalem as tens of thousands of Palestinian worshippers tried to cross the border to take part in prayers in Jerusalem s al-Aqsa mosque.

Men under the age of 50 and women under the age of 45 were denied access to Jerusalem on the second Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

At the Israeli army s two main checkpoints, Bethlehem in the south and Qalandiya checkpoint in the north, which link the West Bank to Jerusalem, tens of thousands of Palestinians queued at the crossing points as Israeli troops checked identification cards, denying any men under 50 years of age or women under 45 access to the holy city.

For most Palestinians residing across the West Bank, access to Jerusalem — where Islam s third holiest shrine, the al-Aqsa is located — is denied due to Israeli army restrictions on access and movement imposed on Palestinians.

WASHINGTON: Children under the age of four and kids with autism appear to be immune from contagious yawning, the phenomenon where one person’s yawn triggers a chain reaction of open mouths, a study published Wednesday says.

Researchers from the University of Connecticut observed 120 typically developing one- to six-year-old and 30 six- to 15-year-old with autism spectrum disorders for the study, which was published in the journal Child Development.

They found that although babies yawn spontaneously even before they leave the womb, most children show no signs of succumbing to contagious yawning until they reach the age of four.

Kids with autism were less likely to yawn contagiously than typically developing children with the same mental and chronological ages, and the more severe a child’s autism, the less likely he or she was to yawn contagiously, the study

Although you must belong to the rivals to check that link, an informant says a group of overweight (probably) the old ones are looking forward to the daughter of Florida Gators coach Urban Meyer.

If you follow this link, you can see more pictures of a girl everyone thinks she is the daughter of Meyer (for the record, we have not received conformation). There’s even one with her and Adam Sandler! It’s nothing too obscene … except for the fact that under the age of 21 (even less than 18) and rival cartels are suckers. That makes things creepy. Perhaps Meyer’s daughter should talk to Allison Stokke on management of Internet fame.
