Selling became cause of pressure in the market. According to analysts, it is very difficult for the market to remain stable without launching of leverage product. At the end of the day, KSE closed at 12,242 points with a decrease of 30 points.

US envoy: N.Korea nuclear plans another provocation

SEOUL: The top U.S. envoy to North Korea said on Monday revelations that Pyongyang had made rapid advances in enriching uranium was the latest in a series of provocations over the past 20 years.

“It is another in a series of provocative moves by the DPRK … it is a very difficult problem we have been struggling to deal with for 20 years,” said Stephen Bosworth after meeting South Korean officials in Seoul, on the first leg of a tour of the region’s main powers.

A U.S. nuclear scientist revealed at the weekend North Korean officials had shown him a uranium enrichment plant, with more than a thousand centrifuges, giving the North a second route to produce nuclear bombs. AGENCIES

Obama signals tough stance on prickly India issues

NEW DELHI: Days ahead of his visit to India, U.S. President Barack Obama has signalled he will take a tough stance on prickly issues such as outsourcing, and limits on exports of sensitive technology.

Indian news agency Press Trust of India (PTI), which interviewed Obama on Wednesday, quoted him as saying it was “very difficult and complicated” to meet key Indian expectations such as ending a ban on U.S. exports of dual-use technology to India.

New Delhi wants the United States to allow exports of dual-use technology, which can be used for both civilian and military purposes and which was banned after India carried out nuclear tests in 1998.

“Our teams continue to work hard to reach an agreement that strengthens the international non-proliferation system while treating India in a manner that is consistent with our strategic partnership,” Obama told PTI news

Banks loans of flood-hit areas may sink

Due to devastating floods, it is feared that loans of commercial banks of worth Rs 54 billion may also sink in the murky waters.
According to a report of State Bank of Pakistan, return of loans given in flood-hit areas has become very difficult and non-operational loans of commercial banks have been increased by Rs 34 billion. But banking system would not be affected due to non-payment of loans.

Pakistan fitness trainer steps down

David Dwyer, Pakistan’s fitness trainer, has decided to step down from the role after two and a half years with the side because of personal reasons.

“I have simply decided to move back to Sydney after two and half great years with the team purely for personal reasons,” Dwyer told Cricinfo. “It was a very difficult decision to make because I can see that we have made very good physical improvements in all of the players over the course of my time with the team,” Dwyer said.

The former club-level rugby player join Pakistan set-up with former coach Geoff Lawson in 2007 on a two-year contract and stayed on for over a year after Lawson was removed late in 2008. “Most importantly the friendships that I made with the coaches, players and all of those involved with the team,” he added.

Pakistan News: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that ISI 17e0707cceureshi Blasting of ISI Unwarranted: Fm Qureshihas been playing a key role in elimination and arrests of al-Qaeda leadership; however, deplored that the international community has not been helping Pakistan as is due on it in war against terror.
Addressing Oxford University Students Union, the FM called upon the international community to help Pakistan enhance its strategic capabilities and uplift its economy. The FM observed that Pakistan India dialogue would resume soon, however, he called to make them result-oriented. Qureshi noted that judiciary had been giving immunity to the unconstitutional dictators under doctrine of necessity. However, he said that there is free judiciary and powerful parliament in the country. Acknowledging corruption as the biggest problem facing the country,the minister said that efforts were on to eradicate this menace. Referring to NRO, the minister said that the government respected the NRO rulings and did not want any clash between the institutions. He observed that sans ISI, it would be very difficult to curtail terrorism, and as such the criticism of the former was not justified. Bilawal Bhutto was also present on the occasion. Earlier, Qureshi held a half an hour meeting with Bilawal.

The purpose was to help people with mental and physical disabilities. Both adults and children were brought there Walking on campus. Most of them were sent by parents, some children were there alone after that, because parents never got to see them. They had a system for separating patients according to their mental level. Some were able to do their job on their own after treatment while others could not even feed and bathe on their own.

Patients in extreme conditions was suspended in cribs all day, where they were unable to move or turn around.
Patients need constant attention and was a very difficult task for doctors, but the most terrible scene came to see when the hospital became overcrowded by patients, in those days, the patient looks in a miserable condition. Some patients learned to capture the attention of staff with their faces spots that force them to clean them.
Pennhurst was closed in 1987 due to a case that was filed against him in 1977. District Judge Raymond J. Broderick, was the man who ordered the closure after he found that the school is violating the constitutional rights of the patient.
