Victoria Duffy is the last wife of Dennis Hopper who passed away today in the morning. The couple had been married since 1996 and filed for divorce on January this year.
The divorce soon turned sour and in the court papers Dennis describes Victoria Duffy as “insane”, “volatile and “inhuman” and cited her “outrageous conduct”, as the divorce progressed, Hopper got sicker and sicker and could not attend the court given his terminal illness
In March 2010 Hopper filed papers on court saying Duffy had absconded art belonging to him valued in $1.5 million and she wouldn’t return it. That same month hopper was granted a restraining order against Victoria Duffy.
Dennis Hopper, 74, died Saturday at his Venice home, surrounded by family and friends. The actor had been battling prostate cancer.
Life was rarely an easy ride for the veteran actor. Of course, there were some highs along the way for the actor and filmmaker. As buckskin-draped Billy and star-spangled Wyatt, he and Peter Fonda became hippie-era icons as stoner cowboys in search of America atop heavy-metal steeds in 1969’s Easy Rider. The road-trip odyssey directed by Hopper, produced by Fonda and co-written by both was an Oscar-nominated classic of its kind, an independent production that cost less than $400,000 and sold uptight Hollywood on the benefits of exploiting youth culture and a new generation of filmmakers.
Even today, the shot of the two long-haired drifters astride their customized low-riding motorcycles is as identifiable as faces on Mount Rushmore.

After losing a lightweight title fight to now former champ B.J. Penn, Diego Sanchez attempted to return to the welterweight division against the much taller John Hathaway. Hathaway had his way with the veteran fighter to take a unanimous decision.
Diego Sanchez came back to the welterweight division trying to get a quick take down on John Hathaway. Hathaway fought him off and landed some elbows in the mix. Hathaway landed some sharp rights from a distance. Then Hathaway landed a knee as Sanchez dove for a take down and dropped a stunned Sanchez. But Sanchez some how survived the ground and barrage and recovered his senses. 
Then Hathaway began to score hard shots from the top. Sanchez spun for submissions but took a beating for his troubles. A markedly more confident left the first round.
Sanchez looked reduced in the open moments of the second as Hathaway fired and landed. Sanchez landed a hard right hook but didn’t seem to hurt Hathaway. Hathaway smiled and circled away. Diego took him down off a kick but Hathaway immediately started working his way back up. Then he got back to his feet. They circled warily for a minute or so then Hathaway landed a hard right. With 0:52 left, Joe Rogan began writing an obituary for Sanchez’ career. Hathaway continued to score at will with rights using his big reach advantage.Impressive angle up and yield down aegis was the affair for this action as Hathaway earns his third UFC achievement in a row and will acceptable accretion some absorption for top 5 contention.
Sanchez allotment to welterweight in a accident accomplishment and has absent two in a row. There has been a lot of acid from the UFC but Sanchez’s marketability is still in acceptable standing, so don’t attending for him to be alone any time soon.

Have you seen UFC 113 main card event between Josh Koscheck and Paul Daley? If not then the issue here is that this two fighters come to talk BS with each other and it seems it enters the mind of Paul Daley until he make a bad move that cause his tickets away from UFC.
This was Paul Daley’s Cheap Shot. On the end of the 3rd round on the fight of Josh Koscheck and Paul Daley , we’ve thought that two fighter will talk and congratulate each other. We’ve also heard the referee saying “Alright, Go!” that means make some talk and congratulate the winner but it doesn’t seem the intention of Paul Daley.
“I am fighting on a pay-per-view show in Australia on July 3rd with a lot of other big names, and I have other offers in the pipeline,” Daley matter-of-factly stated.
Although there’s only one summertime date in place, the welterweight hopes to add another scrap before Fall arrives. At which point, he will then take his talents back to the Far East and enter one of Japan’s MMA tournaments.
“My plan is to string a couple of fights together before the end of the summer and hopefully get on one of the Grand Prix shows,” Daley added. “We’re currently talking to both Dream and Sengoku about getting a slot on their shows and there are some really good fighters there I can match-up with.”
It’s believed Daley will be suspended by the Quebec Athletic Commission, who are currently reviewing what went down inside the Bell Centre in Montreal this past Saturday, however the slugger has yet to hear anything from Quebec’s governing body.
“They must understand that as a fighter I have to earn a living,” Daley said. “This is my livelihood and if I have to serve a suspension before I fight again in North America then I will, I have no qualms about that, but I need to earn a living now.”
You tell ‘em, Paul. How dare they even think of suspending you for your despicable cheap shot? The nerve…
Regardless, Daley will be able to work around his freeze by fighting in other countries that don’t abide by other commission’s sanctions – like in Australia and Japan. However the 27-year-old is hoping that once the dust settles, he might one day be able to find his way back into the Octagon.
