Bin Laden is dead, claims US media

According to British and American media, Bin Laden is killed in a US missile attack. On the other hand, the Afghan and senior US officials have also confirmed that Bin Laden has been killed.
According to defence experts, Bin Laden death will come as a fatal blow to the al Qaeda’s striking capability. US President will address to his nation to explain the facts about the death. The al Qaeda leader’s dead body has also been found, it is claimed.
MQM to hold simultaneous conventions on April 25
LAHORE: Former Karachi mayor Syed Mustafa Kamal Saturday announced that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), having been denied permission to hold convention at Minar-e-Pakistan, will now organize simultaneous conventions at arts councils in Lahore, Multan and Rawalpindi on April 25.
“Quaid-e-Tahreek Altaf Hussain will address these conventions via telephone from London,” Mustafa Kamal said while addressing a press conference here.
He said the Punjab government refused to grant permission to hold convention at the Minar-e-Pakistan ‘where crowd of hundreds of thousands of people was expected to turn up.’
“The convention will now be held simultaneously in Alhamra Hall of the arts councils in Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan,” he announced.
18th Amendment May Be Approved Before President’s Parliamentary Speech
The government has decided to get approved 18th Amendment before the speech of the President in the Parliament’s joint sitting. According to sources, President Zardari will address the joint sitting of the Parliament on March 16 while session of the Parliament is expected to be called from March 8 to March 11. However, final decision in this regard would be taken after President’s return. According to sources, Constitutional Reforms Committee will complete its work till the end of this week.

Fort Hood Memorial Service, President Barack Obama with first lady will travel to Killeen, Texas, to meet with those most affected by the Fort Hood shootings.
Obama will address the Fort Hood community during Fort Hood Memorial Service.
The president and first lady will then meet with wounded soldiers at Darnall Army Medical Center before flying back to Washington.
