Indian Idol Sreeram collaborates with Narnia 3 for special song
The magnum opus, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader’, which is all set to release in 3D, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu apart from English, now has an added attraction. The film will have a special song recorded by none other than Sreeram Chandra, the winner of Indian Idol 5. Sreeram is a professional singer from Hyderabad who won the hearts of millions during the Indian Idol contest with his melodious voice. In addition, he left the audiences mesmerized in his first live concert, aired on Sony entertainment channel, very recently.
Given his immense popularity, especially with the Indian youth, Sreeram has now been roped in by Fox Star Studios India in association with Sony Music, for a special song for Narnia 3 and that too in 3 languages- Hindi, Tamil and Telugu!
The song called ‘Rehnuma’, composed by Harpreet, will feature with the end credits of the respective language version of the film and will also have a special music video featuring Sreeram and clips from the film.

This association is part of a unique initiative by Twentieth Century Fox – where as an industry’s first, a special song for the film is being recorded by several international artists for their respective country markets around the world. While American Idol winner, Multi-platinum selling recording artist, songwriter, and 5-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood has recorded the end title song, “There’s a Place for Us” for the United States, Joe McElderry has recorded the song for the UK, and Swedish boy-band E.M.D. has recorded it for Sweden, etc…
For Sreeram, though, this alliance marks a bigger, double achievement as he is not only the only artiste from Asia collaborating with Fox for the film, but is now also the first ever Indian artiste to have his song featured in a Hollywood film!

LAHORE: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani is confident that his government will complete its constitutional term and will also emerge the winner in the next general election.
Addressing a gathering of the party’s parliamentary leaders here on Saturday, he said that PPP will not deviate from its reconciliatory policy with PML-N, despite political challenges.
“We are keeping our promise on the charter of democracy and will continue to do so in the future also,” he said.
PPP, he said, ended politics of vendetta, due to which there is no political prisoner in the country.
The meeting also reviewed the overall performance of the government over the last two and half years.

his is so great! Remember our first prediction for the winner of Dancing with the Stars 2010? We picked Nicole Scherzinger to be the DWTS Champion and yes we are right about this. Nicole Scherzinger is quite a judge-favorite all season long but you don’t have to take this out from her because Nicole really deserve this because of her performance.
DWTS Finale and Winner Nicole Scherzinger has took home the mirror ball trophy and she was named the “Dancing With the Stars” Season 10 Winner on Tuesday night.
We are not very surprised on the result and yes we are happy to see are fellow Nicole to win this year’s Dancing with the Stars competition. Earlier on ABC broadcast, Carrie Ann Inaba as one of the judge in DWTS praised the Pussycat Dolls’ Nicole Scherzinger as the best dancer in the popular TV series run.

Back in 2007, long before she was Miss Michigan USA, a younger Rima Fatih decided to enter a local pole dancing contest. Dressed in blazing red shorts and a light blue spaghetti-strapped top, the beautiful brunette rubbed, caressed, slid up and down, grabbed and danced around a stripper’s pole so well that she walked away with the “Stripper 101? championship. Not only did she win the title, she also won jewelry, gift cards, adult toys, and, best of all, a stripper’s pole for some home pole dancing.

A pole dancing competition or not, Rima Fakih won without actually stripping. She took no clothes off and was still declared the winner. The pictures posted on the “Mojo In The Morning” website attest to this. They also show that, even though there was no prize money, Rima Fakih impressed enough and was sexy enough that she was rewarded in the traditional method of strip bar patrons — a slew of dollar bills. One picture shows quite a few feathering up out of her top.
It was revealed that in 2007, she joined in a contest sponsored by the radio station Mojo. The contest is entitled “Stripper 101?. In the contest the contestants need to exhibit an erotic pole dance and be judged based on their performance. Rimah Fakih poledancing photo revealed also that though she was clothed there are a couple of dollars stuck in her bra.
When Mojo was contacted about this they made it clear that there were no male had been allowed in the premises during the contest. They also added that the contest objective is only to demonstrate dance moves and the Grand Prize will be given to the best dancer.
