“I sympathize with the problems Andrei has endured recently,” Silva told MMAjunkie.com through his interpreter, Alex Davis. “But I’m the wrong opponent for him to try and get his career back on track.
Silva frequently countered Arlovski’s combinations with hooks and straight punches, particularly with the right hand. Arlovski absorbed several solid shots to the face, including some that snapped his head and at least one punch that left him bleeding.

Compustrike statistics showed Silva landing 59 of 113 strikes thrown standing, compared to 53 of 137 for Arlovski.

Grappling also favored Silva, who has a black belt in jiu-jitsu. Silva took down Arlovski twice and often had his back on the fence to defend takedowns in the last two rounds.

A British couple were revealed as the winners of the Euromillions lottery draw from Friday night.

Nigel Page and partner Justine Laycock won 56 million pounds (87.5 million USD) to become Britain’s biggest ever lottery winners. Justine Laycock told a press conference in Bath, England that they just laughed when they realised they had won. When asked by the interviewer what Nigel Page gave Justine for Valentines day he replied, well, I was planning on going out on Saturday to get some flowers and chocolates and a card but with one thing and another, I didn’t actually manage to get her anything.
