There Was No Need Of A Coalitin Govt In Punjab: Rana Sanaullah
Punjab, Pakistan: Punjab Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that the Governor Punjab, before issuing the statement that there was no need of a coalition government in Punjab, must have consulted his leader, Asif Ali Zardari who twice paid visit to Muslim League leader, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in person at his residence at Raiwind just to form coalition government of the PPP and the PML-N.
He pointed out that if the PPP formed the coalition government in Punjab to serve the cause of democracy then why it went to the extreme of toppling the democratically elected provincial government in the form of Governor Rule and making its own government. He said it seems that Governor Punjab following his leader President Zardari, due to whom he is present in the Governor House, has deviated from the need of coalition government in Punjab like the two agreements made with Muslim League. He said that contrary to Governor Punjab, the importance of coalition government in Punjab to his party has the same significance as it considers to stay in coalition government in Punjab despite disassociation of Muslim League from the federal government. He said that this statement of Governor reflects to mental chaos present in PPP.
