Zardari Meets PMs of Australia, Holland

NEW YORK: President Asif Ali Zardari held separate meetings with Prime Ministers of Australia Kevin Rod and Johan Kinday here on Wednesday.
According to sources, the meetings discussed issues relating to forthcoming FoDP conference, enhancement of bilateral cooperation and matters of bilateral interests.

Australian PM, during the meeting, made announcement of awarding as many as 140 scholarships to Pakistani students in agriculture sector, adding that, Pakistan has played back bone role in war on terror.

Also, he lauded the efforts made by ruling Pakistani party being led by President Zardari in order to emancipate country out of crisi.

President Zardari thanked Holand Premier over extending 114 million dollars aid to Pakistan.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Interior Minister Rehman Malik, Federal Minister, Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen and Farhatullah Babar were also present of the occasion.
